RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

At LaHuMoSi Natural & Organic, all sales are final.

Due to the nature of our products (handmade personal care, cosmetic items, and digital products), we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been processed.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS
All digital products, including e-books and downloadable content, are non-refundable and non-returnable.

EXCEPTIONS
Refunds or replacements will only be issued in the following cases:

• The product arrives damaged due to shipping.
• The wrong product was sent by our store.

To request assistance in these cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

• Your order number
• Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product

Approved replacements or refunds will be issued at our sole discretion.
